How many colours do you see? Train your eyes to see more!

Some time ago I watched a documentary about a tribe that had the same word for blue and green, but two different words for seemingly identical shades of green. Strangely, they couldnt distinguish between green and blue, but picked out the "slightly different green" without fail.

This got me thinking, how many shades of different colours can I see. So I wrote a programme to check that. It turned out to be so fascinating, that I later turned it into a game, and now you can train your colour perception as well. As for me, I definitely can distinguish between more shades now!

The rules are simple: You see a matrix of identically coloured squares, and one of them is slightly different. You have to tap on it. The further you go, the more subtle is the hue offset. It gets especially interesting once you pass level 5.
